in the Pavia book about spectroscopy is mentioned : "In fact, any atomic nucleus that possesses either odd mass, odd atomic number, or both has a quantized spin angular momentum and a magnetic moment". It means that deuterium is capable to be active in HNMR. How could it be possible?
Deuterium is not active in 1H-NMR. The deuterium (2H) resonance frequency is much lower than the 1H resonance frequency. On a 400MHz spectrometer, 1H resonates at 400 MHz (duh) and deuterium resonates at around 61 MHz.

As I understood, it is active but not enough to be detectable. right?
It is active and it can be detected either indirectly, through the interactions (coupling) of deuterium with other NMR active nuclei, or directly with a suitable probe.
