do u know why does a physician ask the patient to raise his arm over his head in examination of the lower lobe of the lung , during auscultation at the back ?

answer : its because upon elevation of arm , which is called abduction ,carried out by both serratus anterior muscle and the rotation of scapula , the physician removes the lower angle of scapula and by that he clears the way for himself to auscultate the lower lobe of the lung clearly ,

thats it for now , if you have any contributions feel free to send , thank you all for joining and hope these information be of use to you . see you
