because knowledge is the new economic factor, I would like to measure the contribution of colledge on human (intelectual) capital creation, as a way to evaluate how well students are prepared to work in the knowledge economy. so, I need to measure it:
- the variables/indicatores to measure
- the questionaires to colect data empiricaly
- after that I will need to identify the tools to work that data
