I think you need to build a big shelther in order to allow you to work within it. This ambient should be warmed up until 0-5°C. You may warm aggregates up in a owen until +10° and use also warm water +15°C.

Using rapid concrete will also help (try sulphoalluminate ones), they develope quickly high temperature because of hydration reaction. Try also to work with controlloed humidity (RH>50%).
