Very interesting species I found in our garden, but not fit for the list in Flora of China as far as I checked.
It is now growing in a botanical garden in central China with subtropical climate. But no information for its collecting site is known.
The plant is very soft and easy to break into fragments.
No flowering has been found during the four-year cultivation.
Could be Najas sp., could be Potamogeton sp., could be Nechamandra sp. Please post some close-up photos of leaf sheaths, leaf tips, leaf margins, shoot apex etc...

This is very probably Najas guadalupensis (Spreng.) Magnus, a species widespread in the temperate to tropical Americas, commonly used and sold as an aquarium plant and naturalised in some countries of the Old World.

You can check with Egeria densa also. Commonly known as Brazilian elodea. In this plant, leave 3-6 whorled, densely arranged towards apex.
