Must I use TEM grids with extra thin (5 nm) carbon film to study <5 nm carbon dots?

We have probe corrected Titan 200 - must we use 200 kV or 80 kV for the study?

I suggest to use TEM grids with either graphene, silicon dioxide or silicon nitride support films as well as 80 kV for your study.
