CSP has been initially proposed for two-class paradigms. Extensions to multiclass paradigms have been suggested, but are based on heuristics. In [1] address these shortcomings in the framework of information theoretic feature extraction (ITFE). You may find a python implementation of Multiclass CSP in MNE library [2]: https://github.com/mne-tools/mne-python/blob/master/mne/decoding/csp.py. Another implementation may be found in pyriemann [3]: https://github.com/alexandrebarachant/pyRiemann/blob/master/pyriemann/spatialfilters.py
