We're currently stuck with an issue.

We have a patient w/ devastating brain injury.

We would like to determine the timing for braindeath examination without being confounded by midazolam infusion.

Our midazolam infusion lasted for 9 hours, in a patient with normal renal function and hepatic function. dose in the range (mg/kg/min) according to textbooks.

We found no clear model to apply. have you any ideas or techniques or nomograms you already have used ?
