We now working with SDDB ECG record https://physionet.org/content/sddb/1.0.0/. When we do a preliminary literature study and dataset assessment, we found that each record has Baseline Wander happen. But unfortunately, we cannot determine is this a true Baseline Wander or this is happen naturally from the heart, since we not found any kind of pre-processing for SDDB records, except there're signal segmentation for Sudden Death classification research.
If this phenomenon are a baseline wander, what is the best practice baseline wander for this record? Here i put the picture of SDDB signal segment below from Physionet.

Baseline wander is a low-frequency noise of around 0.5 to 0.6 Hz. To remove it, a high-pass filter of cut-off frequency 0.5 to 0.6 Hz can be used. Powerline interference (50 or 60 Hz noise from mains supply) can be removed by using a notch filter of 50 or 60 Hz cut-off frequency.

Baseline wander of this nature is typically due to changes in thoracic inductance with changes in thoracic volume due to respiration. If you are dealing with human data, Resp Rate is ~ 20 so a 1 Hz high pass will typically remove this artifact without significant waveform distortion. Most ECG collection devices/software will have this as a setting option. Since this is Holter data, there may also be wander due to positional changes of the electrodes relative to each other as the body moves. In these cases you may need to increase to a 10Hz high pass to eliminate those wanders. This may reduce your waveform peaks a bit but if you don't care about pwave or QRS amplitudes then this will not affect your analysis.
