Hi All,

Let us assume that the authorities want to enforce laws in order to make sustainability reporting mandatory for all organizations.

The questions is: is it possible to "measure" the futuristic impact of this step on organizations like companies businesses and their performance?

For instance by using:

1) Reflexive law theory, and/or

2) The Epstein Corporate Sustainability Model (Epstein and Buhovac, 2010, p.307) wherein the authors state that “The Corporate Sustainability Model provides a comprehensive approach for examining, measuring, and managing the drivers of corporate sustainability. It has been extensively tested and revised in both academic and managerial studies and implementations. Using it leads to a clear understanding of the impacts of past, pending, and future corporate decisions on the society, the environment, and corporate financial performance.”

3) Any other method?

Is there any one who tried it in real case study OR is it impossible in practice?

Thank you beforehand
