While attachment types or categories appear in varied form, depending upon age group under consideration, context, and researcher, it appears that most individuals involved in the field would agree on three primary types for children and adults respectively. For the child they are secure, avoidant, and ambivalent; adult counterparts are: secure, dismissing, and preoccupied. However, a fourth classification, disorganized, appears to be particularly problematic and associated psychopathology. What I'm after is a paper and pencil assessment that includes results for disorganized attachment. Any suggestions?
