Thanks. Do you use Ubuntu ? I tried but are having installation problems in Windows Unix shell with Ubuntu 18.04 its related to vtk7 not being found.

I used it on Windows. PCL uses the lot of dependecies. Try install the vtk7 on Ubuntu.

Do you use visual studio for compiling?

I install all-in-one PCL. Compile C++ project in CMake and build solution as Release. You have to also copy dll libraries to program location.

I recommend to use the Microsoft vcpkg approach. Its the easiest.
