Isn't it a crime against the humanity to set medicine sanctions against innocent people why US government that always claim for human rights and democracy commit such an obvious crime? A crime that will cause in painful life for thousands and an end to life for some other thousands of innocent patience people. in which international court countries can prosecute a fair trail?
ND, If you are talking about sanctions that include impeding medical supplies (medicine and equipment) to any country, yes that would definitely be a human rights violation. Not every country participates in the ICJ located in the Hague.
The US does not have sanctions against any country (including Iran) that involves medical supplies that I have ever heard of, or can find record of.
