When air of ~ 300 K is expanded adiabaticaly but non-isentropic, e.g. by passing through a throttle valve, how do I calculate the change in temperature? P1 is approximately 4 bar absolut, P2 between 1 and 3 bar absolut.

Basically, I am looking for a table or diagram with Joule-Thomson-coefficients for air, preferably in a citable source.
