No, this "university" is not accredited. Express University is not accredited by any legitimate agency recornized by the Department of Education. There appears to be no faculty, curriculum or anything that would resemble a university. This is one of the most blatant examples of a degree/diploima mill that awards a "credential" based on no acameic work, with the only requirement being that your check clears.
