Is there anyone who used C-line analyzer for measuring blood/media glucose and lactate?

C-line glucose and lactate analyzer is quite common in measuring blood glucose and lactate in the clinical studies. I have used it for metabolic study of my cells to find out glucose consumption and lactate production rate of my MDA-MB-231 cells. But, I am struggling with interpreting my data. Can anyone help?
