Thanks for sending the link to the chapter of the book. I am interested in practical application of CBE within a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and we think that one of the way to implement it would be to liaise with a professional body which could provide us with a competency framework. A competency framework defines the particular competencies and skills. A question is how to map the programme's learning outcomes to the competencies defined in the competency framework.
