Is there any method to open a .bdf DVF file exported from Velocity AI V 4.1 to base 10 format, which can give us resultant deformable vector field ?

For validation of DIR, we need DVF values but while exporting .bdf DVF file from Velocity AI, it is showing non-readable (base 16) format, is there any method to transform it into a readable base 10 format.
