I am looking for a tool that can convert or interpret Python library to java. Indeed I am familiar with Jython but I need numpy which Jython is not able to support it.

Erol Elcan Thank you very much. However, my experience with your recommended tools are:
1. VOC: it is not mentioned it supports numpy or not
2. pandoc: is not it a document converter?!
3. it is not mentioned it supports numpy or not
4. I have no idea!
5. it looks good! actually for an alternative solution
