Do you know any PE material that reacts with low frequency (around 1 Hz)?
All piezo materials can react with, or can make low frequency as you said, why ?

Usually the major constrains in frequency are toward the high end. Maximum frequency generally depends on the shape and volume of the piezoelectric material and also on the material itself. You should not have any problem in finding a material responding to such low frequency.

Could you please let me know if there is some link that you know and that describes the relation frequency/shape/volume/pressure. I mean the pressure that the volume of such PE materials can give when it contracts!
It is not clear what You like to do . Anyway, it is easy to find PZT with thickness of about couple of hundreds micrometers and high electromechanical coupling. The pressure is the negative mean stress that You can calculate if You know the piezoelectric constant, dielectric properties and thickness of your substrate (look at the proper equations and simplify by presuming thickness contractions only - coefficients e33, c33, eps33). The pressure scales with the applied voltage (externally applied electric field) as well.

Do you think that we can have a layer of PZT that, if we put it on a deformable volume, can make a pressure of 100 mmHg?
I see that the magnitude of PZT are so small (in micrometers ...). Can such layer be tick and large (1mmx10cmx10cm)? Thank you guys for your help.
1mm thickness should not be a problem. Look for supplier. 100mmHg (13kPa) is not much but depend where You try to make it, Stresses inside the PZT will be much larger. In the deformable volume - stiffness is lower - the same is for the stress. Depends also from the geometry. You should calculate Your exact structure, nobody can tell you in advance. Depending on the geometry, You could try also different approach. Start from the question: how big deformation You need on Your substrate in order to get 13KPa pressure, then see if it is feasible with piezo to achieve such deformations.
