Is there any article showing how to develop a questionnaire based on the findings of a muptile case study?

I am doing a mixed study and trying to conduct a multiple-case study in the first phase and after cross-case synthesis, I want to develop a questionnaire to further explore the phenomenon. But I can not find such an example. Do you know there is any article like that? Thanks!
