The evolvement of traditions is inevitable. In my view, any attempts to regulate are counter-productive. A healthy co-existence works best. Most of the times native cultural traditions are preserved, but are more highlighted during social & religious events. They may move from everyday to special days but are not lost.

Yes evolution of the local traditions do evolve over a period of time. I feel some traditions are time specific and when that time-period (40s, 50s 60s and so on) is over the traditions also undergo change. I personally don't feel it is unhealthy. It is evolving with time. 

Example in India there is a tradition to change the name of the bride after marriage by the married family. Till the women were not working and no certificates and other things were involved the the tradition was there in the original form but with more and more women working the official documents involved and other such matters it has become difficult to carry on with this tradition. So now there are fewer change in the names of the brides.

Earlier not adopting husband's Surname was unthinkable and now many women retain their maiden surnames.

Is there an evolution of the traditions of local communities? Should the evolution of traditions result in total adulteration?

Two complex questions but my experience in working with some communities the answer is that the couminities despite their cosmologies respond to the evolution of society and the media that in one way or another generate impact on their traditions.

And in some moments these traditions are lost by the changes of the roles and the affectation of the relation of the communities with their natural and cultural environment

Some local traditions, such as indigenous community deliberation are positive and at least relatively democratic.   Democratization NGOs in many countries resurrect and strengthen these traditions, while changing them.  In Tajikistan, for example, democratization NGOs have supported traditional Majlis while encouraging them to include women.   See Importing Democracy: The Role of NGOs in South Africa, Tajikistan and Argentina (on research gate)

 Hi Colleagues, in a studies that I did with the traditional communities and rural settlements from social movements in Brazil the fight is for transformation the practices with a new paradigm, about everything considering the good ways from tradition, like agroecology, and the better uses of the technologies. In this way, the phenomenal "be closing" with the "western world" produces a dialectical movement. This perspective considers the period and indicate question about recent economic approaches.

From an Infigenous perspective,  I think we can always look to our own  traditions for evolution, but I feel from your qn its about assimilation of Indigenous or local Knowledge via globalisation. As you rightly said, globalization is bringing so many forms of socialization which is changing our cultural dynamics. One merit of globalization is that it enhances cultural integration thereby enriching local traditions. The demerit will be that too much influence of foreign culture can adulterate the rich attributes of our tradition. However, globalization is not a misplaced concept.
