I'm wondering if there is a platform that allows researchers to deeply discuss research papers and give feedback on papers.
Researchgate can be a platform as you are able to comment or give feedback on other researchers' work. Based on this, we can actually start off a healthy discussion constructively.
Is there a website where researchers provide and discuss their insights/feedback about scientific papers in details ?
Agreed with previous researchers / scholars' comment i.e. ResearchGate, Academia.edu and MyScienceWork etc. allow researchers to provide & discuss their comments about scientific papers uploaded.
The appropriate websites exist, in agreement with the colleagues, but, I do not know if researchers are willing to use these websites as pointed out in the question.

The idea is that Research gate is meant to discuss research papers but no one is doing that.
Hi I think Phd bound researchers have yet to fully capitalize on the the social media platforms. A lot of older Phds seem to be using old fashion email lists and usenet groups, as well subject specific blogs and websites.

I consider that this is one of the platforms, along with: Academia.edu and Mendeley.
Maybe it's a more important question than before. Corona stopped all onsite congresses, and it became difficult to get many people to interact in the same space and time. This problem needs to be solved online, and ResearchGate is a good science partner.
