The fact that the software reports the dual objective just means that it is solving the initial LP relaxation with the dual simplex method. It has no relevance to the branch-and-bound phase. If you want to speed up the branch and bound phase, you will need to tighten your LP relaxation, eg using cutting planes or Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition.
