I found PyOpenFCM but that is no where close to as robust as JFCM, and is lacking in documentation and examples. I'll take a look at the other one.

Christopher Davis , yeah I think PyOpenFCM is not a finished project, with proper documentation. Apparently, these two I commented to you are the only projects in Python dedicated to fuzzy cognitive maps.
