i have not used NetSim but i believe that their are other very good simulation platforms and frameworks for simulating and analyzing WSN. For example OMNET++ with MixIM and Visual Sense with Viptos. Try these. Both are free

Also thier are two NETSim simulation platofrms avaialble. One is Boson Netsim and the other is from tetcos also called netsim
