Usually the answer to your question is simple: no it isn't possible to determine several independent moduli from just one experiment...
Thank you M. Eugene for your answer, I think there exists some bi-axial tensile test on a cruciform test specimen that allows the identification of the four in-plane orthotropic engineering constants of composite plate materials. These tests use the digital image correlation (DIC).
bi-axial tensile test is usually for woven (two directions...) And in this test you won't see the bending modulus.
I want to get the engineering constants using a single set up if it is possible ?
