you can check this link and use the block to calculate SNR:

You can also use several blocks to achieve the same result. First you need your two signals, input and reference signals, be inserted into 'divide' block, then result into 'Math Function' block (which you can adjust to 'log10' ) then into multiply block with multiplying factor equal to 10. 

Remember that if the reference signal is in a form of matrix then you need to calculate an average for each time step, otherwise you are ready.

I used "to work space" block for my data in simulink. In next step I used following code in "command window" to calculate the value of the SNR:

SNR = 10 * log10 (var(source)/var(noise))

This is the most simple way to calculate SNR.

is it possible to measure SNR value at decision making?

Output of my block is a matrix of complex numbers. How can I compute its SNR.
