Currently, I'm doing research on wearable sensor to monitor physiological parameters for the user. It used epoxidized natural rubber (ENR 50) incorporated graphene paste and expected to improved the tensile strength and electrical properties of the film. However, the result shows a significant drop of tensile strength from sample A (pure latex), sample B (1.0 PHR), sample C (1.5 PHR) and sample D (3.0 PHR) which means sample A got the higher tensile strength compared to sample D (3.0 PHR) as it not follow the pattern. I wonder if the film thickness may play its role on this problems?
