i want to make interferogram using alos palsar 2 but the data i got are alos palsar 2 imagery level 1,5 and tutorial sarscape that i learnt using alos palsar 2 level 1.1 and if can where i can find the tutorial?
No, there is just not enough info in the data (complex/phase). You need SLC format data. For ALOS-1, they are referred to as Level 1.1 (should be similar for ALOS-2). Your data in Level 1.5 format should be available in 1.1 as well.

I have the same problem as Zealandia has and unfortunately don't have any access to Level 1.1 of Alos-2 Palsar-2 data.
May I know your idea regarding appropriate tools or software for doing pre-processing of this data with level 1.5?

Regardless of the software used or the processing strategy chosen, there is just no way to do InSAR with L1.5 data.

Yes, but the best is to get your image already focused (L1.1). You can focus them youself, but it will never be as good as have them already focused by JAXA or other.
