Is Google Earth images recommended to classify the Sea grass habitat?

I would like to know how the google earth images are accurate to make a classification for Sea grass habitat by using Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN)?

Yes we can mapping sea grass conditions using Google earth map using kappa coefficients can get accuracy.
