The Teacher Preparation Program at the University of Puerto Rico adapted and translated these for local use with input from teaching practice supervisors and cooperating teachers. We asked the Utah Valley University teacher preparation program for permission to do so of course.
• Eligible student teachers and school psychologists can apply for a financially supported practicum for travel and living expenses while working in our rural, regional and remote schools.
• To be eligible for the Program you need to:
o be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen
o be residing in Western Australia
o be currently enrolled in a course leading to a graduate level teaching qualification, or approved post graduate psychology qualification
o have a course average of 60 per cent or more
o have completed all practicums to date (final year of study)
o undertake your practicum in one of five eligible education regions - Goldfields, Kimberley, Midwest, Pilbara or the Wheatbelt
o have a genuine interest in teaching in a WA public country school after you graduate or in seeking a country appointment with the Department of Education's School Psychology Service.

We use livetext at SQU. Fieldwork with students is assessed using a number forms on livetext that match NAEYC requirements for early educators. The students teachers are assessed by a cooperative teacher at school and a professor from the university.
