Int J of Ethics, Trauma & Victimology is indexed with citeFactor and Ulrich. How should I proceed with least expenditure to get it better indexed?

First publication of this half-yearly journal started in 2015 and till date, it has published 3 issues regularly online as well as hard copies. I wish to get it better indexed without spending a lot of money. I need suggestions.
