Are you using microstrip? If you are then perhaps consider using waveguide for the feed network. Much lower loss is expected in waveguide than in microstrip, and 60 GHz waveguide is small and easily machined in aluminium. Are you getting about 1/4 dB/cm in microstrip?
Which material are you using? What lengths of microstrip do you have on the input and output? Is it radiating? Microstrip can radiate, and putting it in the right sized box will stop this, if it is happening.
I am very impressed by the results in the paper that Himadri recommends. That divider circuit is only 2.5 mm long.
I am using Copper (annealed). Length of 1.8 mm at input side and 2.63 mm at the output side ( 2 way). Width of main feedline is around 1.26 mm. Any suggestions to reduce the power loss (S21 and S31) ?
