What I lack in my dental clinic is mainly advanced technology and updated clinical management systems. The lack of modern equipment such as digital oral scanners and panoramic X-ray machines limits the accuracy of diagnosis and the diversity of treatment options. In addition, the lack of effective appointment management and electronic patient file systems affects the efficiency of workflow and the overall patient experience. Continuous professional development and team communication tools are also areas that need to be improved to enhance the collaboration efficiency and service quality of the clinical team.
