Trust on e-commerce not developed due to price senstivity, it mainly developed from right product delivery, on time delivery and then price is considered.
I follow snapdeal than flipkart or amazon because i know delivered product will be of right quality.
i know there are different parameters working for trust in E-Commerce websites but price is also one of the factors. so in that case what would be the weight of that factor and will it be directly proportional to trust???
In the case of E-Commerce Industry, the Price of a Product or Service can't directly proportional to the trustworthiness of the B2C E-commerce websites, since there are several factors which influences of the pricing of Commodities, Goods and Services. Pricing may be one of the factors and even it need not be a major factor of influence. It also does't mean that if the price is less, the trustworthiness is lower and the vice-versa.
