Configurations of NS2 wired topology
n0-n3 5MB bandwidth 5ms delay
n1-n3 10MB bandwidth 5ms delay
n2-n3 15MB bandwidth 5ms delay
n3-n4 7MB bandwidth 5ms delay
Queue limit starting from 5(increasing +1 every time like 6,7,8,9,etc )
Queue type is Droptail.
As we know that queue size increase then drops packets will decrease but in some case queue size increase then a number of packets also increase why?

it depends on your network topology design. however, there is no fixed rule and also there are many parameters effect on packet drops like link B.W and transmission rate.

Sir, I agree there are many parameters effect on packet drops like link B.W and transmission rate, queue size and etc. But sir same topology with same configuration parameters I execute on different machine then in some machines when queue size increase then drop packet becoming reduce continuesly and in some machines when queue size increse then at first glance packet drop increse then start to decrease . What is the reasons ?
