Sorry, we are making a research on the impact of Higher Education on Economic growth in the 11 post-soviet countries from 1998-2016. We chose 4 variables: GDP per capital, as dependent, and Labor activity, Government expenditure and Involvement in Tertiary education.
Can you help me with a piece of advice on what other variables to include and where to find complete data?

You can find data for tertiary education variables in the WDI-World Bank and OECD stats.
It seems to be a concept closely linked to the ideas of international organizations (World Bank). Understand that in the National States of the capitalist periphery the notion of tertiary education configures itself as a decline in higher education.
