Respected All (professors, researcher,scientists),
I need answer (your opinion/suggestion) of some of my quires...
If a academician/scientist /researcher recognized his work as a great discovery then what are the steps to get Nobel prize for that. (whats steps need to follow for nomination).
On this regards please see the article for reference.
William D. Walker has performed numerous tabletop experiments to demonstrate superluminal communications via near-field uses. It does not contradict GR or QM.
Its method is utilizing a long forgotten aspects of electromagnetics and the realization that we should be looking at EM signals well below 1 HZ for SETI exploration. I have been following this line of study for many years and especially after discovering Walkers work. We are not limited by the speed of light for our communications. The understanding of this method will also answer many fundamental questions in science.
@Ernest: Interesting fringe science! Has someone else been able to repeat his results? Why do you think that none of his publications are cited by more than a handful other people? He is not even mentioned in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superluminal_communication .
Yutaka Yamamoto, Based on what I understood from his lecture on Signal Processing via Sampled-Data Control - A Challenge to Go Beyond Shannon in Multi system conference 2013.
