Dear all,

I am trying to get Id-Vd curve for III-V materials like InAs for TFET application. but my  Vg curves are not in sequence. Vd range from 0 to 1V and Vg is having step size of 0.1 and range from 1V to 0.1V. Vg is obtained in a random pattern like Top most is 0.9 and then 0.6 1.0 0.8 0.5 0.7..... and so on.

Can you suggest why?
