i would like to conduct an experiment in related to localized surface plasmon resonance of Aluminum material, can somebody recommend a research paper?, where it explains in details the process of the experiment and the required instruments, and thanks.
Noble metals are prefered for plasmonics, since they do not form an oxide layer easily. Since the oxide layer dampens the plasmon resonance, experimental realisation of plasmonic behaviour in aluminium is tricky.
Luckily, aluminium has a good passivation layer which has led to some promising advances. Check this project at Université de Technologie de Troyes:

Dear Saif Abdalla , there are lots of experiments you can propose related to Al LSPRs, and therefore it is difficult to help you. It would be useful to know what you want to do/study.
If you want to study Al LSPRs you will need some Al material, but the LSPR´s will be different depending on the Al nanostructures ( it is different to have free standing nanoparticles (in solution) than nanostructures in a surface. Shape of that nanoparticles and nanostructures also will have an effect on the LSPRs .
If you want to study where these LSPRs are in your sample and what their energies are you can use EELS (Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy), a technique that requires a TEM and a very thin film or very small particles, because the electrons must go through the metal.
Another technique you can use to see LSPR´s is cathodeluminescence, which is also associated to a TEM.
Scanning Near Field Optical Microscopy (SNOM) can let you see your sample LSPR´s. In this case the technique uses an AFM tip to focalize light on your sample.
SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy) can also helps you to localize where your sample hot spots or LSPRs are. In this case you need some active molecule attached to the sample´s hot-spots. Using a Raman spectrometer in a scanning way will give you some hint about where the hot-spots are because the Raman signal will be higher there. But, in this case, lack of molecules on some hot spots will not show them. Also, an excess of molecules (a thick layer of molecules) can hide the hot-spots too. And to get a good signal enhancement the localized resonance of your Al structure must match some resonance of the molecule.
As clearly pointed by Ali Reza Jahangiri , Al develops a passivation layer, but after reaching around 3-4 nm thick it stops growing because the Al2O3 layer is so tight that no more O2 can reach the metal. This oxide layer therefore protects the surface, and because it is very thin and transparent in a broad range of wavelengths, plasmons can be excited and they can still reach the surface and intereact with the environment.
If you know your Al sample morphology at nm level, you can make simulations that show how the field is distributed around that structures or particles.
