I need help to gain acceptance in PHD program in the field of neuropharmacology?

I am a full time instructor in Al-balqa applied university ,i hold a Master degree in clinical pharmacy with grade of 84% (very good)

also i accepted recently in advanced neurodegenerative disorder school and joined to IBRO-MENA.

My thesis was in PHARMACOGENETICS (the association between ABOgene and outcomes and side effects of enalapril in hypertensive patients)

I had good experience in lab work in pharmacogentetic and pharmaceutical lab work

i would like to have dectorate degree at any country that is strong in the field of clinical neuroscience or neuropharmacology
