I cure a resin by UV, and I need to test that the resin is fully cured. I found several resources but still struggling which test would be better. Initially I am thinking of FTIR or Raman spectroscopy, however any other spectroscope technology you believe is helpful I can take into consideration.

It depends on what you want to study: the degree of short or long range order (use diffraction), possible changes in bond length (use diffraction or Raman), change in bond types (use FTIR, XANES or ELNES)?

The FTIR test give you especially informations about compositions
fir the temperature of cure , you can use the TGA tests
