Actually, the data is satellite data from NASA Giovanni and when I was obaining the data I gave location values in the form of latitude and longitude for the whole area of each district not one latitude and longitude value and got data in csv file. I used SDSM model and want to show results in the form of map in ArcGIS and one thing I can do is to apply interpolation. But for interpolation I need to have point shapefile of the districts which I do not have and if I create one myself in google earth or ArcGIS on the map then I think my technique is not right. Can someone guide me what to do??
