Hello, you may need to trouble shoot this a few times. Usually, after installing Mendeley, you are required to close and reopen word to enable the plug-in. You've probably done this already. If so, maybe try uninstalling and re-installing Mendeley, after shutting down your computer for a few minutes. See if this works.
