I have done my research Master's thesis in the area of Computing mention Optimization and Metaheuristics but I am not enrolled in any magister program. Does anyone know of any program anywhere in the world where they accepted me to present it and defend it from a distance? what dou you recommend?

I do not think that such an university exists, even in the world. I would like to suggest you to apply for the master program first. Have you published the paper in a peer-reviewed journal? If so, it would be more likely for you to get accepted to the master program at the university because the publication record indicates your research potential. Good luck!
