I am teaching since 11 years at three Universities in Cameroon as par-time lecturer. I am manage students, but without any university distinction and it is recruited lecturers who are beneficers of the work. It is a very stressing situation
I don't know if you have a university degree because even if you have teaching experience, your university studies will help you get better opportunities. On the other hand, you should ask for proof of absolutely all the activities you are doing and that you detail very well what you are doing so that when you present your curriculum, all the merits have their respective constancy. Likewise, you should look for institutions to know which are the employment alternatives you can apply for.
What level of qualification do you have? I see you have a good research score on RG. Some institutions use people. Look for an institution that values qualified, competent staff.

I have completed my PhD at the University of Yaoundé I, Cameroon. I am a owner of "Licence" equivalent of Bachelor degree; "Maitrise" equivalent de Master degree and "Attestation de Première Année Doctorale", equivalent of Master also.
I am a botanist and ecologist with many skills in Ethnobotany, Ethnopharmacology, Environmental Sciences and Teaching.
Continue teaching as a part-time lecturer and you will develop good rapport from your college. In addition, your qualification plus wealth experience which is measurable(your achievement) then your rating will not be an issue
You have very good academic credentials. You must focus on improving your interpersonal communication skills and networking. You must proactively look for new options and opportunities in your field of expertise. With your's experience and level of expertise there is no dearth of opportunities, but one has to be at right place at the right time, to avail these. Just keep trying without losing heart, you will definitely get the opportunity you are looking for.
Dear Fellow I admire you for 11 years of educational efforts in universities. My definite suggestion for your career advancement is to prepare a CV of scientific and executive records to receive offers from other African countries, but the results of this work can also be cooperation with other countries.
