Hi! Good methodology points in previous answer. But before this, try to formulate a really good research question (Or two). Exactly what special cloud characteristics are you studying? Use of Internet communication generally? Use of cloud documents for synchronous collaborative work? Or something else? Also define terms crucial for your study before getting into methodology. If you ask something about ”cloud computing” in a research interview and the respondent responds out of a totally other use of the term.
