If after ten months age the iris pattern is formed and remains for throughout age, the validation for security accreditation must be submitted in standalone processing by a limited periode

It depends on what features you are using for recognition as the studies suggests that iris color pattern changes with age.

In my understanding, there is still no clear answer to that question.

Some very recent studies show an alteration over time:

but it is not clear to me, if actually the iris ages or some other involved parameters (aging of scanners,...).

Eye size about doubles from birth to age 8, then stays the same.

"According to the text General Ophthalmology (Vaughan, Asbury and Riordan-Eva, Appleton & Lange, Stamford, 1999), the size of the eyeball at birth averages 16.5 mm in diameter (front to back measurement). In adults, the diameter is 24.2 mm. They go on to say that maximum eye size is reached when a person is 7-8 years old."

If you are close enough to scan the iris then you can probably can scan the retina which is unique. People can wear colored contact lenses making iris patterns difficult to see and also distorting it.

There is also the distance between the eyes and the 3D line patterns connecting the anterior notch of the ears, to the septum of the nose. These are dimensions and angles that shouldn't change.
