How we can normalized data from anatomical angles that captured by MAYO motion noraxon ?

I have some data that captured by the IMU motion captured system from upper limb movement that provide anatomical angles, I want to know are they have enough reliability and I like to know we need to use filters on these data to make them more smooth and disappear the noises?
